Ovington Financial Partners Limited merged its activities with European Resolution Capital Partners Limited in 2014. The businesses were founded by Greger Hamilton in 2009.

Mr. Hamilton is the Founder of Ovington Financial Partners, an M&A and restructuring advisor in the Nordic region, in addition to a credit underwriting and management business, with executed mandates of distressed corporate loan portfolios covering assets in excess of €450bn across 19 countries.
Prior to this, Mr. Hamilton worked as a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs for 11 years within the FIG group covering Nordic and Eastern European clients
Before this, Mr. Hamilton spent 7 years working at McKinsey & Company in Sweden and New York. Mr. Hamilton is a Swedish citizen and graduated from Brown University in 1990
